high performance and a culture of safety and accountability.Primary Responsibilities:Ability to work on new installation, troubleshoot and repairs as requiredRead, understand, and interpret prints and electrical codesWork with soft start and variable speed drivesInspects equipment & repair/replace defective parts components or systems according to scopes of workIdentifies additional repairs, compiles parts and labor estimates and communicates to supervisorTests repaired equipment to ensure proper operational performanceTroubleshoot electrical systems including electrical mobile equipment, power distribution, leaky feeder (communication systems), PLC, motor controls and any other work as assigned.Completes accurate time records, technical reports, failure reports, parts listings and submit drawing revisions.Work on High VoltageElectrical and mechanical installations of sub-stationsActively participates in continuous improvement initiativesSkills, Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience:Must be an Ontario Licensed Electrician3-4 years experience in similar functionsBasic knowledge in mechanic and electricityGood physical abilitiesAble to work independently and as part of a teamAvailable to work fluctuating schedulesWorking Conditions:The ideal candidate for the role will work a rotation of 14 days on,
