We are hiring immediately for a Permanent Part-Time Home Delivery – Post Operations Associate!Availability RequirementsMonday to Friday: Standard business hoursThis is a permanent part time positionDue to business needs, schedules may changeWhat You’ll Do As a Post Operations AssociateSupport the end-to-end flow of home delivery orders within established service standardsWork directly with stores and home delivery carriers nationally to resolve pending orders and customer return transfersEnsure products are returned to stores or distribution centers within targeted timelinesMonitor and manage order flow between customers, carriers, and stores to prevent delaysProvide timely and accurate updates to internal partners regarding delivery statusAssist in resolving pre- and post-delivery issues, including inventory discrepanciesDeliver excellent customer service by supporting stores and addressing inquiries efficientlyMaintain accurate records and update systems with strong attention to detailHandle sensitive customer information while strictly adhering to privacy and security standardsWhat We’re Looking ForMinimum 2 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environmentMinimum 1 year of customer service experienceStrong attention to detail with high accuracy in data entryIntermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel, Word,
