Facilitate training for recent hires in office at The Bow
Evaluate and enhance employee performance through assessments




Update training resources and lesson plans regularly
Manage training records and certification renewals
Support emergency drills and response exercises Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid Alberta Security License preferred
Prior coaching or teaching experience considered an asset
Strong organizational and time management skills
