Role: Management of all aspects of BOOMburger
Availability: Days, evenings, weekends
Wages: $19/$21 hour
Location: 64 Dellridge Lane, Bedford, Nova Scotia

What would I need to do at BOOMburger?
Work with the Manager to provide exceptional customer service and help the team do the same
As part of the Management team, lead the team. Training, leadership and coaching of our staff
Take action! Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
Help ensure operational excellence! Prepare and serve food, order products, monitor operations, report on various results
Balance cash and complete cash reports
Monitor revenues and labour expense and modify staffing to achieve labour goals
Ensure food safety, health and safety, responsible alcohol service are being properly followed
Create a positive setting for the team
Skills and Qualifications
Management and leadership experience is essential
Strong customer service skills
A team builder and someone who can identify and develop talent
A self starter who takes initiative
High personal standards
Managing a team of 10 with some full time supervisors and other part time workers
Prior food service leadership experience is required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
