Working incollaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth business practice.The Manager,Buy Enablement of Operations plays a critical role in ensuring that buy management activities and deliverables are executed ontime at a high-quality level.In this role you will be responsible for coordinating and executing all day-to-day campaign buy administration activity for assigned client brands andcampaigns, under the direction of a Buy Enablement Operations Associate Director and/or Director. You are a key team member, working within our buy managementprocesses and systems to ensure client orders are processed and monthly bill/pay activities are managed throughout the buy management process,within client approved budgets. This role includes developing positive and assertive relationships with planning and activation teams to effectivelyimplement the client order, buys, billing, actualization and payments, in accordance with GroupM Standard Operating Procedures.Key Accountabilities:Bridge from Specialist to AssociateDirector; Beginning to develop andhone their management skills byplanning,



prioritizing and delegatingworkload across teamsWork with cross functional team fosters relationshipsOwns the campaign inputs/ revisionQA processManage & control MPA process,including implementation and routinemonitoringSystem approvals for opening BYProfile to delete paid buys/reconciledbuys when implementing buy linecorrectionsLead & contribute to client teammeetings around client orders, billingand vendor payables status, bringingpending issues to completionProvide mentorship and teaching,where applicable, to BEAssociates/Specialist & Media TeamsAssist in the adoption & implementation of recent systemfeatures and processes across theirclientsJob Requirements:College Diploma in a Marketing, Financial, or Project Management field, or equivalent experience is an assetAdvanced computer skills (Word,Excel, PowerPoint), Teams and Planner, workflow tool is an assetStrong math skills and ability to speak to numbers comfortably4+ years in related roles in a media agency (preferable), marketing, creative agency, or consulting environmentExcellent time managementskills, proven ability to prioritizeand organize workload andoperate under tight deadlinesExcellent verbal and writtencommunication skills, strongpresentation skillsProcess-driven,
