- Support one of TD Asset Management's teams, including Fundamental Equities Research, Fixed Income, Asset Liability Management, Asset Allocation, Alternatives, or Investment Risk Management
- Build and maintain analytics for portfolio decision-making, data analysis, financial analysis, investment recommendations, and macroeconomic analysis
- Run and support mission-critical reporting used by portfolio managers
- Attend and participate in team meetings and investment discussions
- Validate data and ensure data and information integrity
- Support projects focused on ongoing process improvement
- Undertake projects across strategy, marketing, business and product development, portfolio management, finance, risk, governance, client service, operations, and trading
- Collaborate with investment professionals and cross-functional teams

Requirements

- Current student/intern candidate for a university co-op or internship term (specific degree or year not stated)
- Passion for or demonstrated interest in markets, economics, and current events
- Organizational skills; ability to prioritize, multitask, and maintain attention to detail
- Foundation in business acumen and capital markets
- Problem-solving skills and analytical capabilities
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Solid verbal and written presentation skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
