Comfort Property Management is mid-sized Property Management Company managing properties through the GTA. Our aim is to provide customized property management services at an affordable price, while remaining dedicated to managing the properties and assets of our corporations to the highest possible standard.
Currently, we are looking to hire a Site Administrator for one of our portfolios. As a site administrator, you will be reporting to the Property Manager assigned to your portfolio.
The responsibilities for this job include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Attend regular board meetings.
- Prepare and present management reports.
- Assisting the Property Manager in obtaining, reviewing, delivering and presenting financial statements.
- Aid the Property Manager in finding quotations for any work which is estimated to exceed the contractual limitations for the corporation and make recommendations at the next board meeting
- Receive any and all resident inquiries in conjunction with Property Manager
- Frequently speak to unit occupants to get general opinions on trade work completed, service being provided and general condition of the site.
- Use direct communication with residents such as letters & newsletters to transmit value being delivered by the Board of Directors and Comfort.
- Process invoices
- Aid the Property Manager in setting a Annual General Meeting date in conjunction with the Board and notify head office as soon as possible with details.
- Aid the Property Manager in managing all on-site staff, including superintendent, cleaners, etc.
- Aid the Property Manager in inspecting the whole property for deficiencies.
The following performance criteria apply to the position:
- Ability to work independently from Senior Management and able to operate with a minimum level of supervision.
- Ability to keep complete and correct documentation of calls, board meetings, site visits, letters, etc.
- Ability to return phone calls within 24 hours with a reasonable level of resolution.
- Excellent organization and presentation at board meetings.
- Timeliness and follow-through on special projects.
- Ability to follow the policies and procedures of Comfort Property Management
- Ability to manage the financials of the corporation, including planning for the future.
- Provide polite service to unit owners and board members.

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
