We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Proposal & Communications Designer to help our clients create professional, polished, and effective business documents through Wingmate's EasyDocs solution.

Position Summary

As a Proposal & Communications Designer, you'll work with our team and clients to transform business requirements, existing materials, and brand guidelines into polished, client-ready documents.

Your work will include designing proposals, quotes, work orders, service agreements, forms, and other customer-facing documents within Wingmate's EasyDocs platform.

This is a part time role ideal for a designer who enjoys combining visual design with practical business communication. You'll be responsible for making documents that not only look great, but are clear, professional, and easy for our clients' customers to understand.

Key Responsibilities

- Design professional proposals, work orders, quotes, agreements, forms, and other client-facing documents
- Build and configure document templates within Wingmate's EasyDocs solution
- Transform existing client documents into modern, polished templates
- Apply client branding, including logos, typography, colours, imagery, and visual styles
- Organize information and document layouts to improve readability and presentation




- Work with Wingmate's Customer Operations team to understand client requirements
- Make revisions based on internal and client feedback
- Maintain consistency and attention to detail across document templates
- Help establish reusable document design patterns and best practices

Requirements

- 1–2+ years of experience in graphic design, document design, marketing design, or a related field
- Strong portfolio demonstrating professional layout and visual design work
- Excellent understanding of typography, spacing, hierarchy, colour, and composition
- Experience designing business documents, marketing collateral, presentations, or similar materials
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce polished, client-ready work
- Ability to interpret requirements and turn rough content into professional designs
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple client projects
- Excellent written communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

- Experience designing proposals, quotes, contracts, reports, or sales materials
- Experience working with B2B or SaaS companies
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS
- Experience working directly with client brand guidelines
- Familiarity with CRM, sales, or field-service workflows
