selection methods and health and safetyManagement of attendance and overtime calls for warehouse employeesTrack and submit daily hours to the payroll administratorPerform daily inventory of palletsKPI tracking and reporting progressConduct SUMO follow-ups (i.E. tracking of absenteeism)Track and monitor equipment such as VocollectAssign the assembly sector to each employee according to seniorityPull begin day and end day reportsEnsure the replenishment of supplies when cases are missing for assemblyGenerate Shipper/Receiver reportsTrack and document performanceProvide support and coverage to shipping/receiving and adminPerform administrative tasks such as disciplinary write-ups and database entriesConduct injury/accident investigations, reporting, and follow-up with employees**What you have to offer:**College diploma plus two (2) yearsu2019 experience in distribution or personnel management (any other combination of education and experience deemed equivalent will be considered)Proficiency with the various computer tools related to operationsStrongly encourages proper monitoring and has a strong sense of responsibilityPlaces a high value on planning and learns quicklyManages time and priorities effectively and maintains composure in stressful situations#INDONWe offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package,
