The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with one of the Top 5 Banks in Canada.Typical Day in RolePropose and participate in user research to help define the problem we are solvingDesign end-to-end solutions from 0-1 through the full design lifecycleWork with the product team to translate product strategy into designsPropose and participate in user testing of designsWork with the Component team to create reusable design elements and patternsPresent their work to the wider teamCollaborate with design leadership to further our design strategyMust-Have SkillsAbility to clearly articulate the client and the business problem, and to make design decisions based on them.Using Figma to create a document our dev, architecture and QA teams can use.An understanding of native patterns and trends in iOS and Android.A systems thinker:
