This role acts as a liaison between project managers, vendors, and the finance/accounts payable team to ensure invoices are accurate, compliant with contract terms, and processed efficiently.This role is best suited for a highly detail-oriented and process-driven professional who thrives at the intersection of project coordination and financial accountability. The ideal candidate is a natural collaborator with a critical eye for invoice accuracy, a solid understanding of contracts and project scope, and the organizational discipline to manage competing priorities without losing sight of the details.
