About the OpportunityQualificationsMinimum of two years of office coordination experience. Experience in higher education is a plus. The candidate must enjoy working with diverse populations and be comfortable working independently. Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills are required, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and G Suite. Experience with Canva or other design software is preferred. Detail oriented, with a focus on quality and accuracy. Must be able to learn quickly in a technical workplace, and operate video conferencing equipment, printers, copiers, and computers. Flexibility, a positive attitude, and commitment to excellence are vital.ResponsibilitiesKey point of contact (35%): Act as the first point of contact for students and faculty, ensuring that classes and campus activities are set up for success; act as a liaison and provide hospitality to incoming visitors from other locations, business partners, and prospective students; ensure campus amenitiesare fully supported and available to the community.Campus operations and event support (30%): Troubleshoot technical issues and assist with classroom technology; assist with room set‑up, breakdown, and reconfiguration; assist with student orientations and campus events; ensure facility‑relatedissues are reported and followed up on in a timely fashion.Completing administrative duties (35%):
Assist faculty and student services staff with printing handouts and organizing promotional materials; maintain campus areas in a clean and stocked manner; provide administrative support to regulatory submission and review processes; support safety protocols and university policies and procedures; handle special projectsas assigned.Campus hours are currently 8:00 a.M. to 10:00 p.M.; this position is for the afternoon/evening shift.
