QA Engineer – AI-Augmented Development

About the Role

We are looking for a QA Engineer with solid test automation experience who is excited about using AI technologies to improve software quality and testing processes .

This is not a traditional manual QA position. You will help build and improve automated and AI-augmented testing processes across web applications, native platforms, and backend APIs.

What You’ll Do

- Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product requirements.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks .
- Perform automated testing across native applications, web frontends, and backend APIs .
- Work with engineering teams to introduce AI-driven testing methodologies into the development lifecycle.
- Manage test suites, defects, and quality metrics using JIRA, Zephyr, and bug-tracking tools .




- Continuously evaluate new QA automation tools and AI/ML testing practices to improve coverage and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with developers and other cross-functional teams throughout the development process.

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field .
- Hands-on QA Engineering and test automation experience.
- Experience testing native applications, web frontends, and backend APIs .
- Strong experience with automation tools such as Selenium, TestComplete, and Jenkins .
- Programming/scripting experience with Python, JavaScript, and/or Node.js .
- Hands-on experience with JIRA and Zephyr or similar test-management tools.
- Interest or experience applying AI/ML technologies within QA and software testing .
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
