Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Quality Systems Analyst to support and continuously improve our Quality Management System (QMS) within a highly regulated aerospace manufacturing setting. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with AS9100, Nadcap, regulatory, and customer-specific quality requirements.

The Quality Systems Analyst will coordinate internal and external audits, perform compliance gap analyses, support Nadcap accreditation activities, maintain quality system documentation, and assist with corrective action and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is analytical, highly organized, and experienced in aerospace quality systems, auditing, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System in accordance with AS9100, Nadcap, regulatory, and customer requirements.
- Monitor changes to industry standards, customer requirements, and regulatory expectations and assess their impact on the QMS.
- Develop, revise, and maintain quality procedures, processes, forms, and related documentation.
- Prepare quality metrics, audit results, and compliance status information to support Management Review activities.
- Conduct detailed gap analyses against customer quality requirements, contractual requirements,



supplier quality clauses, and regulatory standards.
- Identify compliance risks and recommend actions to address gaps and improve quality system effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain the annual AS9100 internal audit schedule.
- Plan, organize, conduct, and document internal audits across applicable business processes.
- Coordinate auditor assignments, audit preparation, reporting, corrective actions, and verification of corrective action effectiveness.
- Train and support internal auditors on auditing techniques and applicable quality standards.
- Coordinate and host AS9100 certification audits, customer audits, regulatory audits, process audits, and Nadcap audits.
- Work directly with auditors, customers, and internal stakeholders to coordinate audit schedules, documentation, facility access, and objective evidence.
- Coordinate responses and corrective actions arising from audit findings and support timely closure.
- Maintain audit readiness for Nadcap-accredited processes, including Chemical Processing, Composites, Heat Treating, Penetrant Testing, and Ultrasonic Testing.
- Support process owners in maintaining compliance with applicable Nadcap checklists and special process requirements.
- Monitor corrective action status and closure requirements within eAuditNet.
- Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action activities related to systemic quality issues and audit findings.
- Analyze audit trends, recurring findings, customer feedback, and quality performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Support Lean, Six Sigma, risk reduction, and other continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications/Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum three years of experience in aerospace quality systems, auditing, compliance, or a related quality function.
- Working knowledge of AS9100, ISO 9001, Nadcap accreditation requirements, root cause analysis, and corrective action systems.




- Experience conducting internal audits and coordinating or supporting external audits.
- Experience interpreting customer, regulatory, contractual, and quality system requirements.
- Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and technical writing skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and quality management software systems.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, auditors, regulators, management, and cross-functional teams.
- AS9100 Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor certification is considered an asset.
- Nadcap auditing, accreditation, or aerospace special process experience is considered a strong asset.
- Equivalent combinations of education and extensive aerospace quality experience may be considered.
