Racquet Vault is a specialty racquet sports retail store serving players of tennis, pickleball, padel, squash, badminton, and table tennis. We provide high-quality equipment, expert advice, and racquet services to help players improve their game.

We work closely with the local racquet sports community and are passionate about helping players find the right gear.

We are looking for a Sales Associate who enjoys racquet sports and working with people. In this role, you will help customers choose racquets, paddles, shoes, and accessories while creating a welcoming and knowledgeable in-store experience.

This role is ideal for someone who plays tennis, pickleball, padel, squash, badminton, or table tennis and enjoys helping other players improve their game through the right equipment.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming store environment
- Assist customers in selecting racquets, pickleball paddles, padel racquets, shoes, and accessories
- Explain product differences and recommend equipment based on playing level
- Maintain clean and organized product displays and merchandising
- Process transactions using the POS system
- Stay up to date on product lines,



new releases, and promotions
- Assist with inventory organization and restocking
- Support online order pickups and general store operations

Skills & Qualifications

- Interest or familiarity with racquet sports such as tennis, pickleball, padel, squash, badminton, or table tennis
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Retail or customer service experience is an asset
- Ability to recommend products and assist customers confidently
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Education High school diploma or equivalent
