As a Racquet Service Specialist, you will work hands-on with customer racquets, providing stringing, grip installation, and basic racquet maintenance to help players perform at their best. In addition to racquet service, you will interact with customers in-store to recommend strings, grips, and other equipment that improve their playing experience.

This role is ideal for experienced stringers or detail-oriented individuals who enjoy racquet sports and want to develop both technical service skills and retail sales experience in a fast-paced specialty sports environment.

Key Responsibilities

- String tennis, squash, and badminton racquets accurately and efficiently
- Apply replacement grips and overgrips and perform basic racquet maintenance
- Log and track stringing jobs in the service system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the racquet service area
- Assist customers in choosing appropriate strings, tensions, grips, and accessories based on their needs
- Recommend related products such as grips, strings, vibration dampeners, and racquet accessories
- Support the sales team by answering product questions and assisting customers in-store
- Assist with inventory organization for strings,



grips, and service tools

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Experience with racquet stringing preferred (training may be provided for the right candidate)
- Robust manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Interest or familiarity with racquet sports such as tennis, pickleball, squash, badminton, padel, or table tennis
- Comfortable interacting with customers and explaining service and equipment options
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Retail or customer service experience is considered an asset
