TALENT GROWTH ADVISOR

Role Summary

Reporting to the VP of Growth, the Talent Growth Advisor is responsible for conducting prospecting, recruitment, follow-up, and hiring activities for corporate brokerage in order to develop and promote the real estate agency within its territory. The incumbent is responsible for identifying, attracting, engaging, and recruiting sales agents to join the organization. This role focuses on building a strong pipeline of prospective agents, developing relationships within the real estate community, and executing targeted recruitment strategies to support growth objectives and acting as a brand ambassador, showcasing the value proposition, culture, tools, services, and opportunities available to agents.

This role supports recruitment efforts across the entire brokerage network and requires regular travel to brokerage offices, industry events, and tradeshows.

Key Responsibilities

Agent Recruitment & Growth

- Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies based on agent segmentation, including new licensees, experienced agents, teams, luxury specialists, commercial professionals, and top-producing brokers.
- Identify, engage, and recruit qualified sales professionals to join the Corporate Brokerage and support growth objectives across assigned markets and territories.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective agents through proactive prospecting, networking, referrals, industry relationships, and market intelligence.
- Conduct recruitment consultations to understand prospective agents' business goals, challenges, and growth aspirations.
- Present and communicate the brokerage's value proposition, including marketing, technology, training, coaching, lead generation, and business support services.
- Travel locally to meet with prospective agents and build relationships within the real estate community.

Lead Generation & Business Development

- Receive, qualify, process, and document inquiries from various lead sources while conducting timely follow-up and nurturing activities.
- Execute outbound recruitment campaigns utilizing phone outreach, email marketing, social media, networking, referrals, and digital engagement strategies.
- Leverage podcasts, webinars, social media, digital content,



and thought leadership initiatives to increase brand awareness and attract prospective brokers and teams.
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to identify opportunities to showcase broker success stories, market insights, and the brokerage's value proposition through podcasts, webinars, events, and digital channels.
- Monitor competitive activity and market trends to identify recruitment opportunities and provide market intelligence to leadership.

Recruitment Process Management

- Organize and conduct recruitment meetings and interviews, both virtually and in person.
- Coordinate introductions and meetings between prospective agents and brokerage leadership.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, pipeline status, and candidate interactions within CRM and recruitment systems.
- Prepare and submit recruitment activity reports, pipeline updates, and performance metrics as required.
- Ensure a professional, consultative, and positive recruitment experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Industry Engagement & Brand Representation

- Participate in and lead presentations at real estate education institutions, licensing programs, industry events, and networking functions.
- Represent the brokerage at recruitment events, conferences, trade shows, and professional association activities.
- Develop relationships with industry influencers, educators, and strategic partners to enhance recruitment opportunities and brand visibility.
- Travel locally to meet with real estate agents

Agent Onboarding & Retention Support

- Support onboarding efforts by maintaining regular contact with newly recruited agents during their first six months.
- Partner with brokerage leadership and support teams to facilitate a smooth transition and successful integration into the organization.




- Identify early retention risks and collaborate with leadership to enhance the new agent experience.
- Contribute to retention initiatives designed to support agent productivity, engagement, and long-term success.

Employer Brand & Marketing Support

- Partner with marketing teams to execute recruitment campaigns and events.
- Promote success stories, agent testimonials, and growth opportunities.
- Utilize digital channels, social media, webinars, podcasts, and content marketing to generate recruitment leads.
- Support recruitment-focused events, information sessions, and office tours.

Key Qualifications

Required Qualifications

- 3–5+ years of experience in recruitment, business development, sales, account management, or real estate growth.
- Knowledge of the Canadian real estate industry, brokerage operations, and agent business models is preferred.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly within assigned territories.
- Robust verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Gmail, and Calendar).
- Bilingualism (French and English) is an advantage.

- Excellent networking, relationship management, and consultative selling skills.

- Ability to identify and engage different agent segments, including new licensees, experienced agents, teams, luxury specialists, commercial professionals, and top producers.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
- Ability to effectively present value propositions, business opportunities, and growth strategies to prospective agents and teams.
- Proficiency in leveraging LinkedIn, social media platforms, podcasts, webinars, and digital marketing channels for recruitment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
