You may be wondering what that means - trust us, everyone wonders the same thing. A scheduler collects data - like schedule rules, and the personal preferences and availability of the users, and then builds schedules for their clients. Essentially, we play a bit of human Sudoku to try and build amazing schedules for our clients using a custom software built in-house.As a scheduler you will be covering some evening shifts and weekend on calls (answering a support phone).
