Job SummaryAs an ABA Therapist, you will work with individuals, particularly children, diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities. Your primary responsibility will be to implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy techniques to help clients improve social skills, communication, and behavior management.This position is an independent contractor position.ResponsibilitiesConduct one-on-one therapy sessions with clients to implement individualized ABA treatment plansUtilize positive reinforcement and behavior modification strategies to teach recent skills and reduce challenging behaviorsCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team including parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency in treatment goalsMaintain detailed records of client progress through data collection, analysis and observation notesProvide feedback and support to families on implementing ABA strategies in the home environmentStay current on best practices in ABA therapy through ongoing training and professional developmentWork daytime,
