We are currently searching for an ambitious Sales Application Engineer to join our Global manufacturing team. As part of the Technical Services team, you will ensure customer requirements are accurately translated into technically sound, commercially viable solutions that align with company capabilities and standards and serve as the technical bridge between customers, the sales team, and internal engineering teams.Our ideal candidate is passionate about delivering creative solutions and exceptional customer experiences. If you thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment and are excited to make a meaningful impact, we want to hear from you.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESPrepare and review technical documentation including submittals, product data, performance calculations, and application notesWork with the Sales team to support customer engagement throughout the sales lifecycleSupport product launches, new application development, and technical training initiativesProvide technical consultation to customers to understand application requirements, constraints, and performance expectationsReview customer specifications, drawings, and requirements to ensure technical feasibility and complianceRecommend appropriate products, configurations,



and solutions based on customer needs and company offerings to support pricing and quotation developmentProvide feedback regarding market needs, application challenges, and product improvement opportunitiesMonitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and evolving customer requirementsMaintain accurate records of technical inquiries, application decisions, and customer requirementsQUALIFICATIONS:University education in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related field5 years’ experience in applications engineering, technical sales or sales engineeringProven ability to support product launches and design for manufacturing (HVAC preferred)Familiarity with sales, manufacturing and engineering tools, systems, and methodologiesStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsProven organizational, time management skills and communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical languagePrevious experience with quality control and process improvement preferredAble to work proficiently in a team-oriented setting, as well as independentlyKnowledgeable re Health and Safety guidelinesPassionate about people, clients and continuous improvement#J-18808-Ljbffr
