and access to virtual doctors/counsellors 24/7 via our Employee Family Assistance Program.About The PositionWe are searching for a permanent experienced Internal and Risk and Compliance Analyst/Auditor to join our Risk and Compliance team. The typical hiring range for this position is $80,000 – $94,000 per year, with the starting salary determined by skills, education, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards package, you will be eligible for our annual bonus program.Key ResponsibilitiesStrengthen controls, identify risks, and support leaders in navigating an evolving regulatory landscape.Assist in enterprise risk management (ERM), governance, control testing, regulatory compliance, business continuity planning, operational risk, audit readiness and GRC programs.Conduct internal control testing, document findings, and suggest remediations.Maintain close collaboration with business operations to align risk practices with organizational outcomes.Key Experiences You Bring To This RoleBachelor’s degree, or equivalent.Working knowledge of internal control and risk management principles.3 – 5 years of related experience in the insurance industry, financial industry, or equivalent.Proficiency conducting internal control testing, documenting findings,
