Responsibilities

Conduct rigorous, end-to-end reviews of critical models, testing conceptual soundness, design, assumptions, and internal controls.

Debate and influence methodological choices through high-level dialogue with development teams and senior experts.

Identify and assess risks in emerging models and ensure all frameworks comply with internal and regulatory requirements.

Prepare detailed validation findings and recommendations; track remediation plans to ensure timely closure of identified issues.

Serve as the team’s intellectual lead for model validation, reproducing complex calculations from first principles to verify results.

Audit support.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience.

FSA or ASA.

Advanced proficiency in quantitative tools (spreadsheets, databases, mathematical software) and programming languages.

Robust analytical rigor and ability to synthesize complex data and challenge internal experts.
