Working under the supervision of the Facilities, Maintenance, and Operations Account Manager, you will handle minor repairs, conduct inspections, and ensure safety compliance. You'll also play a crucial role in building vendor relationships and supporting subcontractor activities for enhanced service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute maintenance plans with the FMO Account Manager
• Coordinate work with subcontractors effectively




• Conduct basic tours and record facility readings
• Address tenant inquiries and concerns
• Carry out light-duty tasks including HVAC and plumbing work

Requirements:
• 3 years' experience in building operations
• Familiarity with BAS and troubleshooting mechanical systems
• Proven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
• Excellent direct communication abilities
• Valid Class 5 SK Driver’s License and ability to pass security checks
