Launch Custom Homes is hiring a reliable and experienced Carpenter to join our team building high-quality custom homes in the Southampton area.
We are looking for a skilled carpenter with 5+ years of experience who can work independently, solve problems on site, and produce high-quality workmanship. If you take pride in your work and want steady, year-round employment building custom homes, we want to hear from you.
This is a full-time, long-term position with consistent hours and a positive team environment.
What You'll Do Residential framing and structural carpentry
Exterior siding installation
Interior finish carpentry and trim work
Install doors, windows, and interior finishes
Work from drawings and site instructions
Maintain safe and organized job sites
Work independently and as part of a team
Requirements Minimum 5 years carpentry experience
Experience in residential construction
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently
Reliable and punctual
Solid attention to detail
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Valid drivers liscence
Assets Working at Heights certification
First Aid / CPR certification
Training for Working at Heights and First Aid is available and paid for by the company.
