Wonderspeak is a multidisciplinary therapy clinic supporting children and families through collaborative, evidence-based care. We’re looking for a Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA) to join our growing team on a part-time basis. We’re seeking a thoughtful, collaborative clinician who values practical, meaningful outcomes.

What you’ll do:

- Conduct behavioural assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based intervention plans
- Supervise and support frontline behaviour-therapy staff implementing ABA programs, providing clinical guidance and feedback to ensure treatment plans are implemented effectively
- Provide behaviour-analytic services for children with ASD and related needs
- Work collaboratively with families, SLPs, OTs, CDAs, and other professionals
- Support communication, social participation, adaptive skills, independence, and meaningful engagement
- Provide caregiver guidance and support as appropriate
- Collaborate with schools and other members of a child’s support network when appropriate
- Monitor progress, adjust programming, and document services using standard practices

What we’re looking for:





- Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA) in Ontario (formerly BCBA) and in good standing with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO)
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Experience working with children with ASD is required
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- A collaborative, child-centred approach
- Comfortable working as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to ethical, evidence-based practices
- Warm, engaging, and professional manner
