Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide professional massage services that promote relaxation, relieve muscle tension, and enhance overall well-being. This role requires excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and a solid understanding of medical terminology related to massage therapy.

The Massage

Therapist will work in a welcoming environment dedicated to improving clients’ health and comfort through personalized treatments.

Duties

- Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or other therapeutic techniques.
- Assess clients’ physical conditions and discuss their health concerns to determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Maintain detailed records of treatments provided and client progress.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and relaxing environment for clients before, during, and after sessions.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend exercises or stretches as needed.




- Uphold all health and safety standards in compliance with licensing regulations and industry best practices.
- Build strong rapport with clients through excellent customer service and effective communication skills.

Qualifications

- Valid massage therapy license or certification as required by state regulations.
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to anatomy and physiology.
- Proven experience in providing various massage techniques with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to create a welcoming and professional environment.
- Ability to listen attentively to client needs and tailor treatments accordingly.

Job Type: Part-time Pay: $60.00-$70.00 per hour
