Duties/Responsibilites
- Deliver high-quality massage therapy treatments tailored to each client’s individual needs, utilizing various techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, or sports massage.
- Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their health history, current concerns, and treatment goals.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients before, during,
and after sessions to ensure comfort and satisfaction.
- Ensure all treatments adhere to health and safety standards, including proper sanitation and hygiene protocols.
- Keep detailed treatment records accurately for each client in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Experience
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)
- Professional Liability Insurance
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to musculoskeletal health and wellness.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Outstanding communication skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a positive attitude within a team environment.
