Complete Mobility Chiropractic is looking for a Registered Massage Therapist to join our growing multidisciplinary clinic immediately.

This is an excellent opportunity for an RMT looking to step into an established clinic with immediate patient demand and strong potential to build a busy caseload.

Our current RMT has reached full capacity and is no longer accepting new patients. We are therefore looking for another RMT who can take on new patients, existing overflow, and massage therapy referrals from within the clinic.

We are looking for a motivated, professional and patient-focused RMT to work part-time, with the opportunity to grow their schedule based on demand.

We are particularly looking for availability during:

- Weekdays/daytime hours
- Some evenings
- Weekends (at least one Saturday per month)

As a multidisciplinary clinic with multiple providers and schedules, there may be times when you are working on your own. CMC is looking for a practitioner who is comfortable managing their client throughout their entire interaction, from treatment to billing, and is confident in working independently on occasion. CMC has part time reception to handle the heavier administrative work, and our staff also works together to help manage incoming calls and day-to-day tasks. It is a great team environment where everyone genuinely enjoys working together in a friendly and supportive manner. We also like to make time for the occasional dinner or staff outing.

What We’re Looking For:





- Must be registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)
- Fully insured and able to practise as an RMT in Ontario
- Professional, reliable and patient-focused
- Comfortable working independently while being part of a multidisciplinary team
- Interested in developing a long-term caseload within an established clinic
- Available for a combination of daytime hours, with some evening and/or weekend availability
- Able to begin as soon as possible

Experience is an asset, but we are also open to hearing from new graduates who are motivated to build their practice and provide excellent patient care. Why This Position Is Different.

One of the biggest challenges when joining a new clinic is building a patient base from scratch.

That is not the situation here.

Our existing RMT is currently at full capacity and is no longer accepting new patients. We are actively looking for another RMT because we have more massage therapy demand than our current schedule can accommodate.

The incoming RMT will become the primary practitioner for new massage therapy patients and overflow, giving you an excellent opportunity to establish and grow your caseload quickly. With the end of the year in sight, this is an excellent opportunity to build a patient base as the demand increases towards December.
