We’re looking for a passionate, professional and client-focused Registered Massage Therapist to join us at The Cove, a brand-new, beautifully designed massage therapy space in Carlisle, Ontario.

The Cove was created to offer clients a calm, welcoming and elevated massage therapy experience, and we want the therapists working here to feel just as comfortable and supported.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Registered Massage Therapist (RMT)

Carlisle, Ontario

Part-time or full-time

Independent Contractor

This is an excellent opportunity for an RMT who is looking to:

- Build and grow their own clientele
- Work in a beautiful, brand-new space
- Have the flexibility to create their own schedule
- Join a small, supportive and professional practice
- Transition an existing clientele into a new space
- Work independently while still being part of a welcoming wellness environment

COMPENSATION OPTIONS

Option 1: Percentage Split

65% goes directly to the therapist

35% goes to The Cove

This structure allows you to focus on providing exceptional care while The Cove takes care of the space and supplies needed for your treatments.

Option 2: Monthly Room Rental For an established RMT who already has their own clientele, monthly room rental is also available.

Rent is negotiable and can be discussed based on schedule, room usage and individual needs.

This option is ideal for an experienced therapist who has an established client base and is looking for a beautiful new space to continue growing their practice.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED IS PROVIDED The Cove is brand new and has been thoughtfully designed with both clients and therapists in mind.

- Basic treatment equipment and supplies
- A beautiful, fully finished treatment space

Simply bring your skills, your hands and your passion for helping people feel their best. WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR The right person for The Cove is someone who is:
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)
- Professional, reliable and responsible
- Warm, friendly and personable
- Passionate about client care
- Confident working independently
- Interested in building meaningful, long-term client relationships
- Comfortable creating treatment plans and maintaining appropriate clinical documentation
- Excited about being part of a small, boutique wellness environment

New graduates are welcome to apply, as well as experienced RMTs looking for a change or an opportunity to build their own practice. Additional certifications and modalities are an asset but are not required.
