We are seeking a motivated, growth-minded Registered Massage Therapist who excels in patient-centred care and wants to build a thriving caseload within a supportive, high-energy team of Chiropractors, Physiotherapists, and Acupuncturists.

Key Responsibilities





- Provide high-quality soft tissue assessments, clinical health histories, and individualized treatment plans tailored to client goals.
- Deliver evidence-informed therapeutic massage utilizing various manual techniques, myofascial release, joint mobilization, and home care recommendations.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to optimize treatment outcomes through active cross-referrals and joint clinical planning.
- Maintain clear, accurate, and timely digital chart notes in our paperless EMR system in compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Licensing: Active, good-standing registration with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) (Required).
- Insurance: Valid Professional Liability Insurance (Required).
- Experience: New graduates are welcome; strong assessment skills and technical versatility are considered major assets.
- Attributes: High clinical integrity, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a desire to continuously refine your craft.
