As a Registered Psychotherapist , you will have the autonomy to build and manage your own practice within a supportive, established clinic env ironment. Key Responsibilities - Registered Psychotherapist - Provide experienced PTSD and Trauma-Informed Care - Able to provide experienced psychotherapy, psychoeducational and/or psychological assessments - Experience with WSIB program - Effectively manage case load, reporting - Additional Role Expectations:

- Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week Qualifications - Master’s or PhD in Clinical or Counselling Psychology (or related field)



- Registered and in good standing with the CRPO - 3+ years of relevant working experience in areas of practice - Professional Liability Insurance (or willingness to obtain) - Experience providing psychotherapy and/or psychological assessmentsExperience with trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches - Strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and case management skills (e.g., timely reports) - No supervision required would be an asset What You’ll Experience - Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance and autonomy over your practice - Robust referral network and consistent client flow - Established clinic infrastructure and administrative support (HR, Finance, Marketing, Referrals, Scheduling and Billing) - Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team (Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Social Workers, Therapists) - Regular clinical consultation and team collaboration opportunities - Team events and celebrations - A positive team culture with opportunities for connection and recognition Additional Benefits:
