Attic Pros is hiring a results-driven Remote Field Operations Manager to manage and improve daily field operations.
Responsibilities
- Daily dispatch, routing & crew scheduling
- Track and improve team KPIs
- Reduce labor costs, overtime & wasted hours
- Improve crew productivity and job efficiency
- Monitor job completion and schedule delays
- Motivate teams and hold employees accountable
- Identify operational problems and implement solutions
- Report daily results to management
Requirements: Solid leadership and organizational skills, Spanish & English communication, experience managing teams, and availability during California business hours. Home services, construction, logistics, or field-service experience preferred. Pay: $6–$10 USD/hour + performance bonuses
