Kildare Renovations is a residential renovation company based in St. John’s, NL. We work on residential renovation projects throughout St. John’s and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches.

- Perform skilled carpentry work, including measuring, cutting, assembling, installing, framing, finishing wood, and other building materials; install beams, subflooring, walls, windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, hardware, and other residential components as required.

- Identify materials required for assigned work and coordinate material needs with the Project Manager/Foreman.

- Follow project plans, schedules, and instructions.

- Maintain job site safety and ensure company safety rules are followed.

- Work with other trades and renovation team members as required.

- Keep the work area clean and organized.





- Take care of company tools, equipment, and materials.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of residential construction/carpentry experience.

- Ability to read and understand blueprints, drawings, and measurements.

- Positive knowledge of residential construction methods and materials.

- Valid driver's licence.

- Travel between residential job sites in St. John’s and surrounding areas.

- Must be able to pass a criminal record check.

Expected hours: 42.5 per week

Experience

- residential carpentry : 5 years (preferred)
