Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve all meals for residents and guests
• Ensure attractive presentation of food items
• Follow standardized recipes and production charts




• Conduct daily fridge and freezer temperature checks
• Participate in meal planning for special occasions
Requirements:
• Must hold a Food Handler’s Certificate
• Large quantity food preparation experience mandatory
• Knowledge of the Provincial Food Premises Regulation
• Familiarity with special diets is essential
• Must be physically capable of handling kitchen demands
