What Success Looks Like in This Role
Consistently achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets
Managing and converting inbound leads, walk-in traffic, and repeat customers
Building long-term customer relationships that generate referrals and repeat business
Presenting and selling high-ticket RVs with confidence and professionalism
Maintaining disciplined follow-up using CRM systems

What We’re Looking For
Required:
Proven track record in commission-based sales
Robust closing skills and objection-handling ability
Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
Comfortable working evenings and weekends
Ability to manage multiple prospects and maintain consistent follow-up
Preferred (but not required):
Automotive, RV, powersports, or other high-ticket sales experience
CRM experience
RV experience is not required, sales performance is.
Commission-based role with uncapped earning potential
Ongoing product and sales training
Robust inbound traffic and marketing support
