Job Summary The Live In Resident Manager is responsible for the daily operation, cleanliness, tenant relations, and general oversight of a residential property containing up to 100 units (or group of bldgs. in a 25 km radius). This role focuses on maintaining a safe and welcoming living environment while ensuring timely response to tenant concerns and routine property needs. The successful candidate must have their own reliable vehicle, KM’s will be compensated monthly with expense reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular building inspections.
- Ensure all common areas are clean and presentable.
- Scheduled move-ins and move-outs (leasing/inspections).
- Respond to tenant inquiries and service requests.
- Assist Mgmt team with contractors and service providers when required.
- Monitor building security and safety.
- Assist with notices as required.
- Perform light snow and ice management around entrances, as well ensuring grounds are kept tidy and garbage is disposed of appropriately throughout the facilities, mowing/whipper snipping as needed during the warm months.
- Participate in after-hours emergency response.
- Assist Mgmt team with unit showings and assist with occupancy goals.
- Ensuring units are clean and ready for move ins.
- Assist with work order entering, editing/closing, tracking.
Qualifications
- Customer service experience.
- Basic building maintenance knowledge.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Computer skills necessary.
- Ability to work independently.
- Reliable and professional demeanor.
Candidate must have completed security checks (background and vulnerable sector), valid driver's license (ability to provide driver’s abstract). Pay: $36,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
