We are looking for reliable and experienced Independent Cleaning Contractors to join our team. As a contractor, you will be responsible for providing cleaning services to our clients, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces
- Wipe down furniture and appliances
- Clean interior and exterior windows (optional/add-on services)
- Handle stair cleaning (if applicable)
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and efficiently
- Communicate with clients professionally and courteously
- Report any maintenance issues or concerns to the company

Requirements

- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada




- Must be willing to provide an updated security/background check upon request
- Must agree to obtain $1,000,000 liability insurance if hired
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Compensation:

- Competitive rates based on either flat fee or percentage per job
- Flexible schedule — work as much or as little as you want
