Duties

- Perform comprehensive residential cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitizing to ensure homes are spotless and hygienic
- Manage laundry services such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care and efficiency
- Prepare and assist with light cooking or meal prep when requested by clients, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
- Maintain excellent time management to complete scheduled appointments promptly without compromising quality




- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and provide friendly, professional service
- Organize cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently to ensure smooth workflow during each visit
- Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and clients

Qualifications

- Proficiency in English;
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively within tight schedules
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment throughout the workday
- Basic knowledge of laundry procedures and light cooking is advantageous
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a customer-focused attitude
