We are looking for a skilled, reliable and trustworthy Residential Maintenance Technician / Handyman to join our team.

We provide repair and maintenance services to residential customers throughout the Toronto/GTA area.

Primary focus: residential repair, troubleshooting and problem solving. This is a year-round position, and during slower periods and winter months the role also includes seasonal yard maintenance and snow clearing.

The Role

We are particularly interested in someone who is a strong problem solver and diagnostician. You don't need to be an expert in every trade, but you should be able to investigate a problem, determine the likely cause, handle what is within your abilities, and recognize when a specialist is needed.

Responsibilities

Residential Repairs

- Diagnose and troubleshoot residential problems
- General handyman repairs and maintenance
- Drywall, painting, caulking and minor carpentry
- Doors, locks, hardware and fixtures
- Minor plumbing and installations
- Identify issues requiring specialized trades

Seasonal Outdoor Maintenance
- Lawn and yard maintenance
- Spring and fall cleanups
- Snow shovelling/blowing and snow clearing
- Salting and ice management
- General outdoor property maintenance

This outdoor work is an important part of the year-round position.

We're Looking For





- Robust residential handyman/maintenance experience
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic ability
- Honest, trustworthy and reliable
- Able to work independently in customers' homes
- Professional and respectful with homeowners
- Willing to perform both repair work and seasonal outdoor maintenance
- Valid Ontario driver's licence and reliable transportation
- Own tools preferred

Compensation

- $30–$36/hour, depending on experience and demonstrated ability
- Year-round employment
- Consistent residential work
- Additional hours during busy periods
