Restaurant Manager

Duties

- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
- Ensure excellent customer service by training and supervising staff.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and monitor food and beverage costs.
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and secure working environment, following health and safety regulations.
- Schedule staff shifts and manage employee performance.
- Train new employees on restaurant procedures, policies, and standards.
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role.




- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Knowledge of POS systems for order processing and cash handling.
- Familiarity with food service operations, including kitchen procedures, food handling, and food preparation.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
