Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas and during food handling processes
- Assist in food preparation and serving to ensure quality presentation and timely service




- Manage multiple tables efficiently through effective time management, ensuring all guests are attended to promptly
- Follow food safety protocols and sanitation guidelines to uphold health standards in all aspects of food handling

Skills

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a strong understanding of guest services
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for order entry and cashiering functions
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling practices
- Basic math skills for accurate bill calculation, cash handling, and transactions
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented hospitality setting while maintaining a positive attitude
- Experience with food industry standards including serving, upselling, and food preparation techniques
