Duties

- Provide exceptional guest service by taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their visit
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS to process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and handle food according to safety standards, including basic food prep and sanitation practices
- Manage cash handling duties with precision, including cashiering and giving correct change
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen spaces in compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist in upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities




- Support kitchen operations by assisting with food preparation, stocking supplies, and ensuring timely delivery of orders

Qualifications

- Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; a robust willingness to learn is valued
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is a plus
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
- Understanding of food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and order accuracy
- Experience in food handling, serving, or hospitality roles is advantageous
- Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt quickly in a fast-paced setting
