Job DescriptionWe require a Residential Property Manager for an off campus student residence. The Residential Property Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the operation of the residence, including viewings, rentals, inspections, maintenance, and communications. This is a work‑from‑home position that requires regular on‑site visits to the building. The work‑from‑home responsibilities do not have set work hours, providing the candidate flexibility throughout the day to complete tasks.The work hours per week increase during move‑ins, move‑outs, and lease‑up periods, and decrease in between.
