You will serve as the primary point of contact for pharmacy professionals, ensuring they fully leverage their Kroll and pharmacy technology solutions.What You’ll DoLead client engagements and understand their business needs and regulatory requirements.Ensure clients fully leverage Kroll and other pharmacy management solutions by implementing best practices and innovative strategies.Deliver outstanding service by deeply understanding and addressing client needs, fostering a positive and seamless customer experience.Gather and share valuable customer insights to inform continuous improvements in our solutions.Develop and execute solutions that enhance pharmacy operations, patient safety, and compliance.Provide advanced support to help pharmacists and their teams maximize efficiency in their daily workflows.Work with internal teams, including Product, Support, and Sales, to drive our shared vision and deliver impactful results.What You BringExperience in pharmacy operations, pharmacy technology,
