We are seeking Personal Support Workers for full-time or part-time opportunities in the Shelburne area.

Compensation: $19 $21/hour
Requirements:
Vulnerable Sector Check (within 6 months)
TB Test
PSW certificate
Knowledge,
Skills & Abilities:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Experience in dementia care, NVCI, or GPA is an asset.
Positive work record and reliable attendance.
Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening required.
Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
Observe and report changes in residents condition to nursing staff.
Follow individualized care plans and facility policies.
Maintain accurate documentation as required.
Support residents physical, emotional, and social well-being.
Assist with meal service and mobility needs.
Adhere to Infection Prevention and Control practices.
Promote a positive, respectful, and team-oriented environment.
