Tree and shrub nursery seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Office Assistant to join our team. Successful candidate must be able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Responsibilities
Receive and forward telephone or electronic inquiries
Provide customer service, greet customers
Process incoming order confirmations from suppliers ensuring order accuracy
Data entry
Perform reception and clerical duties
Accounts receivable
Invoice clients
Inventory control of plant material
Maintain records on inventory control system
Work on reports from manual or electronic files inventories and databases
