Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
Ability to lift heavy objects and work on your feet for extended periods.
Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
Years of Experience Required: 2+ years

Must be willing to do shift work and weekends

Responsibilities
General labor work within the sawmill, including stacking and packaging lumber, and operations of machinery in a clean, high-tech workplace
Operate and monitor machinery to ensure efficient production.
Perform basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
Assist with loading and unloading materials.
Maintain a clean and protected work setting.
