This position interacts with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and service, and to prepare invoices and quotations. Also updating inventory on system, following up with orders and status update to clients.Principal Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative / operational supportGreet and assist walk-in customers in a qualified mannerHandle and manage incoming phone calls efficientlyPrepare quotation, sales orders, and invoicesAssist in procurement and sourcing activitiesArrange shipment bookingCoordinate closely with the warehouse department for stock replenishmentMonitor and manage the orders fulfillment on online retail platforms,
