In this high‑impact role, you’ll oversee tax accounting, compliance, audits, transfer pricing support, and indirect tax requirements, all while partnering closely with global and local stakeholders.How You’ll Spend Your DayOversee Canadian corporate tax compliance for all Teva Canada legal entitiesPrepare and review quarterly and annual income tax provisions (current & deferred)Support global consolidation and ensure alignment with US GAAP and global reporting standardsLead and coordinate corporate tax auditsEngage with CRA and other tax authoritiesManage information requests and resolve audit matters efficientlyCross‑Functional CollaborationPartner with Finance, Accounting, and other internal teams to gather and validate financial dataWork with external tax advisors to ensure accurate and timely reportingProvide tax guidance on business initiatives, intercompany agreements, financing structures,



and IP transactionsSupport annual transfer pricing documentation and financial data reviewEnsure adherence to global transfer pricing policiesOversee indirect tax compliance and provide guidance on sales tax mattersStrategic Tax PlanningParticipate in domestic and cross‑border tax planning initiativesAnalyze tax implications of business activities and transactionsContribute to projects related to evolving tax legislation and regulatory changesYour Skills and ExperienceRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field5+ years of relevant tax experience (public accounting and/or multinational corporate tax)Experience preparing and reviewing complex income tax provisions under US GAAPStrong analytical, documentation, and problem‑solving skillsProficiency with corporate tax reporting software and Microsoft OfficePreferred Qualifications:Completion of CICA In‑Depth Tax (Levels I–III)Experience in transfer pricing and indirect taxWorking knowledge of SAP and OneSource Tax ProvisionExposure to AlteryxUnderstanding of business principles in the generic pharmaceutical industryExperience working with CRA audit teamsHow We’ll Take Care of YouAt Teva Canada we provide a rewarding and collaborative work experience, with career growth and development opportunities for employees, in a safe and caring environment! The typical hiring range for this position is $101,840-$127,300. The base pay offered may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, education, and internal equity.In addition to base salary, this role may qualify for an annual bonus based on employment type.
