Working from 10:30 PM to 6:30 AM, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining service excellence. As an Overnight Barista, you will not only prepare drinks but also engage with customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly. You’ll operate coffee machinery and uphold cleanliness, contributing to an inviting atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
• Run coffee making equipment and clean as required
• Greet guests and take their food and drink orders
• Manage cash and process transactions accurately
• Ensure compliance with food safety laws
• Assist in training recent team members positively
Requirements:
• Completion of High School diploma or GED
• Food and Beverage experience is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work unsupervised and make sound decisions
• Must undergo a Canadian Criminal Record Check
